I'm going to take a punt here and assume you're asking how to implement these colours into your own work. If you're working digitally, it's easy to create multiple thumbnails and alter the colour palette for each until you find something you like. If you're working traditionally, you could do the same but paint each one in a different set of colours.
If you're asking how to literally impose these colours onto a piece of work you've already painted, adjustment layers (such as colour or gradient map) are useful and you can use masks to control what parts of your image they affect.
