I use HSBC online banking. No problems as of yet.

i use natwest. is good but a bit annoying that you have to go through such a long winded sign in process.

I'm also with natwest as well as halifax, and anytime you want to transfer money to someone else's account on natwest it's a very long winded process with that card reader thing!

parents have an account with halifax and its the worst bloody thing going to get into, we've had so many issues with passwords etc is unbelievable. It's not down to us as we've written them down.

I'm with Barclay's for both business and personal and they're so much easier with the pin/card thingy.
