Hi guys,

Thought I'd create a new thread to get ideas in for the next DF contest, what does everyone think of Ken's suggestion?

This idea is dependent on on everyone agreeing though. Plus everyone that enters will have to trust the winner of the last competition to set and judge a fair brief.
Just an idea, but seems like a fair kind of way of doing things, and it won't, consistently, exclude anyone to enter.

Cool, I agree, think it's a good idea Ken, who would be judging the contest - the previous winner who set the brief? Berry again? A guest judge? (I previously had some confirmations from some guest judges, so would be happy to approach them again if needed)

I think it should be the winner and a guest (of the winners choosing) to judge the contest

sort of adds an element of surprise

Yeah I agree with that. A guest judge would be good.

I don't mind making a small donation for prizes if needed.

Sorry didn't explain myself very well...
Who will we have to judge this contest?

-Berry once again
-The previous winner (who sets the brief)
-Guest Judges

I mentioned guest judges as I had previously contacted a few very well known designers outside of DF and had a couple who were happy to get involved and judge the entries.

I thought Berry did a good job last time, but I don't want to keep imposing the job on him each and every contest!
